I started this company because I believe women deserve better reporting, education, and conversations about our health.Right now, Maternie is one of the only media outlets focused exclusively on women’s health. We’re not here to sell you supplements or sugarcoat the truth. We’re here to report it clearly, rigorously, and independently.In just two years, our newsletter has grown to nearly 10,000 readers, including some of the most influential voices in women’s health, from industry leaders to policy experts. That growth has proven what I believed from the start: there’s a real hunger for smart, trustworthy coverage of women’s health.Now, I’m ready to go deeper. I’ve spent my entire career digging through complex information and making it clear–either myself, or leading teams of reporters and editors.I covered health policy on Capitol Hill for nearly a decade, co-founded Morning Consult where I built its content operation from scratch, and helped lead Courier Newsroom, a progressive media company.I launched Maternie in 2017 because I saw a gap and I knew how to fill it.That’s where you come in.
